Finding a Property to Rent

Are you looking to move to the Costa Blanca, but would prefer to rent rather than buy or to rent just to make sure you are doing the right thing before you want to buy? Let us be your representatives to find the exact property and location to suit your needs. Our fees are as follows:

Initial fee £100.00 to investigate your requests and needs then to select 5 properties that meet your requirements and send the information on to you.

Second fee £150.00 to visit up to 3 of the properties you have selected taking photos and preparing a written report of each property, the facilities and the surrounding area. Extra properties are charged at £50.00 each.

Third fee £150 to show you around up to 3 properties. Extra properties are charged at £50.00 each. Finally, to negotiate a rental on your behalf.
