Finding a Property to Buy
Let us take the leg work out of finding you ideal property. We can act as your representatives to find the exact property and location to suit your needs. Our fees are as follows:
Initial fee £250.00 to investigate your requests and needs then to select 12 properties that meet your requirements and send the information on to you.
Second fee £250.00 to visit up to 5 of the properties you have selected taking photos and preparing a written report of each house, the facilities and the surrounding area. Extra properties are charged at £50.00 each.
Third fee £500 to show you around up to 5 properties. This includes collection and return to Alicante airport or arranging car hire and arranging accommodation to meet your requirements. Then we spend one day visiting your selected properties and showing you the area including lunch at a typical Spanish restaurant and then another day to return to any of these properties for a second viewing.
Final fee 1/2% of the purchase price of the property we find you, this includes negotiating the purchase on your behalf, arranging a mortgage with a local bank if required and finding suitable legal representation for you.
